I help with letting and selling apartments in the building – from preparing the unit, through advertising and viewings, to handing the flat over to the tenant or buyer. As a matter of course, all this is backed by basic contractual documentation prepared in cooperation with a lawyer.

I handle communication and coordination with trusted tradespeople, accountants and lawyers. Instead of dealing with each party separately, you have one person who watches the dependencies and deadlines for you.
Communication with tenants and owners
Day-to-day communication, fault reports, and notices about planned repairs and changes. This reduces tension in the building and saves time for owners as well as condominium association boards.
