One single person who looks after your building’s technical condition, repairs, tenants and day-to-day real estate matters. I mainly work with apartment buildings, condominium associations (HOA) and property investors.

Who I work with
I usually work with owners of small and large apartment buildings, boards of condominium associations and housing co-operatives, and with investors who don’t want to deal with daily operations, but still want the building condition, tenants and documentation under control.
What I can take care of
Technical management of the building
Regular inspections, legally required safety checks, handling defects, and communication with contractors and service providers. I propose maintenance and major repairs in a way that makes economic sense.
Real estate services
Letting and selling apartments in the building, preparing a flat for rent or sale, dealing with prospective tenants or buyers, and basic contract documentation in cooperation with a lawyer.
Coordination of additional services
I connect you with trusted accountants, lawyers and other specialists. I make sure that the technical management, contracts and numbers all stay in sync.
