About me

My name is Barbora Němcová and I’ve been managing apartment buildings and other properties since 2020. Over time I’ve become a confident, fast problem-solver with a solid understanding of the technical issues and relationships involved in running different types of property, especially traditional apartment buildings.

I work with building owners, condominium association boards and investors who don’t just want to put out fires, but want their buildings to be in good shape in the long term while generating a stable return. I rely on vetted tradespeople and specialists I know from real projects – not from glossy, over-promising brochures.
